Director of the Barrie College of Hair and Esthetics Hello, my name is Penny Abs. I am a third generation Instructor Stylist who owns and operate both the Barrie
College of Hair and Esthetics. As
a salon owner (abstract THE SALON) the colleges are always up-to-date with the
latest styles and trends. I have been an active member of the Judges Panel of Canada since 1990. In June 1995 I was awarded my silver medal
in judging in British Columbia and I have now received my gold medal in 2001. Licensed as a hairstylist and qualified instructor for over 25 years, we deliver an award-winning level
of excellence. I take trust and pride to achieve the highest standards of quality in products and services. Employed by major beauty product manufacturers for 10 years carrying out their platform
work, I have
instructed education seminars in Europe, the United States and Canada. I am committed to the concept that education
plays a key role in the Hairstylists' career and is therefore continually attending training seminars and workshops.
